Attention Unit 10 Class of 2020 Seniors and Parents:
LCHD hosted an in-school vaccine clinic for seniors on March 6, giving both the required Menactra vaccine as well as offering the recommended Meningitis B (Bexsero) vaccine that day. Since school closed early due to Covid-19 concerns, the second dose of Bexsero was not given at a school based clinic as planned.
Over 20 students still need to complete the second dose as soon as possible.
Please call the LCHD Public Health Clinic at 618-943-3302, option 6, to schedule an appointment. We have multiple time slots open this week. The student will be served curbside at the main building on Hwy 50.
If your student has not received the required Meningitis vaccine yet, appointments are also available to get that as soon as possible.
