On Wednesday, October 6, 2021, Attorney Thomas DeVore represented Red Hill CUSD #10 to litigate the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against the Illinois State Board of Education. The Effingham County judge in the case granted the TRO against the Illinois State Board of Education. What does this mean for Red Hill CUSD #10? It means the district's recognition status can not be changed by the Illinois State Board of Education for allowing students and staff the option to choose to wear masks while the TRO is in place.
