Students at Sumner Attendance Center enjoyed a special Red Ribbon Week assembly focused on living a drug-free lifestyle. Local law enforcement officers visited the school and gave engaging demonstrations featuring their K-9 unit and drone technology. They shared an inspiring message about the importance of staying in school and making positive, drug-free choices.
We extend our sincere thanks to Lawrence County Sheriff Trenton Masterson, Sumner Police Chief Doyle Hoffman, Deputies Jared Walker and Byron Middlecoat, and K-9 Handler Officer Nick Earnst for taking the time to provide this valuable and memorable experience for our students.
