This school year we were able to induct 18 new members into the Red Hill High School National Honor Society.  These 18 new members join the 27 returning members of our chapter.  Unfortunately, we were unable to have an in person induction ceremony this school year due to the COVID guidelines.  We developed this short video to honor our inductees.

Eligibility for selection is as follows:

1.  Eligible students (SO, JR, and SR) (those with a minimum GPA of 3.50) are provided application materials by the chapter adviser.

2.  Each student completes the application with an essay portion involved.  A selection committee reviews the contents of each applicant's essay and application.

3.  The student’s GPA will count as 2/3 of the final point total and the Faculty Qualification Survey rubric score average will count as 1/3 of the final point total.  Each student’s cumulative GPA will be doubled to reach the 2/3 score used for the final calculation and the average score on the Faculty Qualification Survey rubric scores will count as the other 1/3 of the final calculation.  The maximum average score on the Faculty Qualification Survey Rubric is 4.0 points.
