The Lawrence County Memorial Primary Care Clinic will be providing physicals at Sumner Attendance Center on March 3rd. These physicals are provided for next year's sixth-grade students and for sports physicals. The appropriate paperwork MUST be completed and turned into the SAC office by Tuesday Morning for your child to receive a physical at school on Thursday.
