A few weeks ago in Ms. Tussey's Computer Applications class, students learned how to write professional business letters. Their assignment was to write to their favorite brand, company, or celebrity. Each year we usually get a few people who respond and send letters or items back (e.g. promotional products). We just received our first reply back today for this semester! Sladen Johnson wrote to his favorite actor, Jonathan Banks (from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul). He received an autographed picture and a short note from Mr. Banks! To say that Sladen was excited is an understatement! This was our first ever response from a celebrity in all the classes that have participated in this assignment. We usually get a few back from brands or businesses, but not usually celebrities. So it’s definitely an exciting day!

We would like to thank the Lawrence County Delts for judging the class floats. They presented the RHHS Class of 2024 sponsors, Jodi Bond, Amy Moan, and Emma Heath a $100 check towards the Jr Class fund. Judges were Becky Lyles, Whisper Shick, Cindy Brown-Seed, and Tina Halter. Congratulations Jr Class!!!

If you have any questions about the application or need help completing the FAFSA, please plan on attending.
