Dear Parents/Guardians: Please fill out the Student Chromebook/iPad Agreement located in your Skyward Family Access account in order for your child to take their school issued device home. Red Hill CUSD #10 understands that the COVID-19 pandemic could cause the school district to transfer to full remote learning either by building or the entire district.

The SAC Quarter Auction is happening! Sort of. Starting Monday, November 2nd, we will be opening up the items for those wanting to enter to win the items located on the SAC Quarter Auction Facebook page. In order to enter, it will be $10, the original price of a paddle at the auction, and if you want your name entered more than once it will be an additional $5 for each name. For example, if you want your name entered 3 times for the drawing it would be $20. We will keep this open for 2 weeks, so the last day to enter would be Friday, November 13th! On Monday, November 16th, we will begin drawing names for the items. If and when you win an item, we will notify you of your winnings and when to come pick the items up. More information about pick-up will be available at a later time. If you write a check, just make it out to SAC. All items have been donated from local businesses, and the money raised provides chromebooks and other necessary items for students!

If you would like to have a school lunch for your child on Monday, October 26, 2020, please contact any of the district’s school buildings by 9:00 am on Monday, October 26th. You may pick up your entire family’s lunch(es) at one location. You will need to pick up your child’s lunch between 11:00 am. and 12:00 pm. Please make sure you pick-up your ordered meal at the same school you place your order. Bridgeport Grade School (Phone 618-945-5721) - In order to pick-up a meal, please follow the cones and pull up by the North Doors facing Route 250. The food will be delivered to your vehicle. Dear Parents/Guardians of Remote Students: Red Hill CUSD #10 will be allowing parents/guardians to have their child(ren) who are receiving remote instruction to be able to return to in-person instruction after the 1st quarter midterm. If you would like to have your child return to in-person instruction, please follow the instructions below. 1) Call your child(ren)’s school building and let the secretary or building administrator know you plan to have your child return to in-school instruction. 2) You have Friday, September 25 through Thursday, October 1, to inform your child(ren)’s school that your child is returning to in-person instruction. 3) After you have informed the school, your child will be able to return to in-person instruction on Monday, October 5, 2020. Your child must return to in-person instruction on this day, failure to return will result in your child waiting until after the first quarter has been completed. The reason for these deadlines is to ensure that the technology team has enough time to ensure your child’s device is ready for in-person instruction. Please make sure your child is in compliance with physical and immunization requirements by the state of Illinois. The second time to move to in-person is at the end of the 1st quarter - Friday, October 16th. Please call by Thursday, October 15, 2020, to your child(ren)’s school building if you plan for your child to go to in-person instruction for the 2nd quarter. Your child must start back for in-person instruction by Monday, October 19, 2020. If your child does not start on Monday, October 19, 2020, they will have to wait until the end of the 2nd quarter.
