The Red Hill Art Department would like to spotlight Alex Ash for Fine Art Friday. Alex is a Junior taking Art Foundations I. For this project, Alex had to create a perspective drawing using pencil. Alex was inspired by the Diagon Alley from Harry Potter. She did an excellent job with showing depth, space, and a lot of detail! Great job, Alex!

Attention Lady Saluki Basketball parents and fans! Louisville North Clay is short players so there will be no JV basketball game tonight. Wabash Communications plans to televise tomorrow night’s Girls Basketball game in Louisville. Game time is still 6:15. The Varsity game will be televised on both Wabash Cable and Facebook Live at Catch TV Live Broadcasting. Well, it was an exciting weekend for our 2021 Elks Hoop Shoot participants. SAC had several participants Saturday. SAC was definitely in the building to bring the trophies home. We had 5 placements in the divisions. We are so proud of all who participated. Here are the trophies given to our students for their performance on Saturday. Charlie Hill placed 1st in the age 8-9 Girls' bracket. Lane Thacker placed 1st in the age 8-9 Boys' bracket. Ross Moore placed 2nd in the age 10-11 Boys' bracket. Bradley Buchanan placed 3rd in the age 10-11 Boys' bracket. Baron Young placed 3rd in the age 12-13 Boys' bracket. Once again, we are so proud of the students and their accomplishments. The next phase of the competition will be in January. We look forward to seeing the outcome of the next round. GO Salukis!

Here are our 2021 Annual Elks Hoop Shoot Winners. Student are invited to compete each year during their P.E. classes. Students are divided into age groups. This year's winners in each division are as follows: Age ( 8 - 9 ) First Place - Kenleigh Brian & Lane Thacker Age (10 - 11) First Place - Roslyn May & Ross Moore Age (12 - 13) First Place - Alissa Sweeney & Baron Young Age (8-9) Second Place - Marshall Ryan & Charlee Hill Age (10 - 11) Second Place - Bradley Buchanan & Elizabeth Sorrell Age (12 - 13) Second Place - Bryson Livesay & Lylah Eagleson SAC is so proud of each student who participated. Best of luck to those who are moving on to the next level! We can't wait to see how well you each do!

SUMNER ATTENDANCE CENTER HOLIDAY SPIRIT DAYS! We hope all students will want to join in to spread some holiday spirit around SAC. Please note some days are different than BGS due to their holiday music program. We can't wait to see all that SAC students come up with!!

Dental Safari is coming to SAC again this year! Nurse Charity is once again reaching out to those who are wanting to participate. She is needing all who have not returned their Dental Safari registration forms to get them sent back ASAP. This Wednesday, December 1st is the big day! Please be sure and send your child's form back with them as soon as possible to ensure they receive the wonderful service Dental Safari has to offer. If another form is needed, please contact our office at (618) 936-2412 as soon as possible to obtain another one.

Red Hill High School Lady Salukis will play at Oblong High School on 11/29 not Palestine. Game time is 6 pm.

Fine Art Friday 🎨 Today we are featuring a senior artist, HL Hager. HL has taken four years of art and is currently taking Advanced Studio. HL has advanced quickly in his Digital Art skills and is now exploring connections between digital and traditional art. Here is his first project completed for the semester.

American Legion Auxiliary Lawrence #28 donated school supplies to SAC through their Ten of Anything Educational Program. This is the 14th year of receiving from the Ten of Anything Program. SAC received 1242 items this year (ten pencils, ten pens, ten rulers, ten packages of markers, etc.). These were delivered by members: Joanne Fritch, Leona Thacker, Rose Hart, Norma Bean, and President Beverly Sheley. SAC appreciates the kindness of the American Legion Auxiliary Lawrence Unit # 28. Thanks so much for including us again this school year.

Good Afternoon BGS Parents! I am excited to announce that the Christmas Programs will be held this year. However, instead of 2, we will have 4. The Christmas Programs will be held on Thursday, December 16th in the BGS Gym. Doors will open for parents 30 minutes before start time. The schedule is as follows: Kindergarten - 9am 1st Grade - 10am 2nd Grade - 12:30pm 3rd Grade - 1:30pm We hope to see you there! Ms. Evinger, BGS Music Teacher

Red Hill Jr High Lady Salukis will begin play in the Teutopolis regional against St. Anthony on 11/30 at 7:15 in first round of regional play.
